What happens to Urdu grammar on private TV channels? Why do the sentences go poetic? I understand they are copying the style from Indian channels but are they going overboard with it?
Aaj woh aap ko bana rahay hain BEWAKOOF.
Mujrim ney kiya… apnay jurm ka AETERAAF
Khilariyon ney dikhai… aik nayee SHAAAN
Aaj ham aap ko le ja rahay hain… MULTAN
Karachi se aai hai aik taza.. .KHABAR
Nawaz Sharif pahunch gai… BEIJING
Interesting that the tickers go with normal Urdu sentences.
First it was one program from Geo TV (don’t remember name) used to telecast around 7 pm, but now the trend is every where.
Karachi main halakaton ki tadad hogai 24
ye hai aaj ka taza score
senseless people. Look at their expressions while breaking news about blast.. auuuuur naazreen ye doosra dhamaka ho gaya (like a commentator announcing 6 during a cricket match)
news ko chaTKhaare ke saath pesh karne kii naakaam koshish...shaa'irii ke pairaaye meN radeef aur qaafiye ke saath Khabar pesh kii jaane lagii hai...baRe afsos kii baat hai...duusre yeh k news kii background meN cheap filmii gaane bhii bajte haiN bhale hii news kitnii hii serious aur aham ho.
maiN to yahaN tak dekhtaa huN k Urdu Ghalat bhii boli jaatii hai...alfaaz kaa saHeeH talaffuz bhii nahiiN hotaa...alfaaz ke ma'nii vo nahiiN hote jo bayaan kiye jaate haiN...maiN ne ek taveel feHrist banaayii huii hai in alfaaz kii...
it is very annoying when they add (over the top ) emotions in the news...pakistani news never use to be like this but some times they do copy or get inspiration from indian news channels.....looks so unprofessional when they add inappropriate sound/music and sentences (rhyming ones or non-rhyming ones)....so if the news is for eg 'Nawaz shareef kal karachi president se milne aur mulk ke halaat pe baat karne ja rahe hain'...and it will turn into...'nawaz shareef ka dora-e-karachi, kya mulk ke halaat theek honge, kya baat cheet hogi, kya awam ek baar phir is mulaqaat se khush ho jaye gi, kya is baar tabdeeli aaye gi'. For god sake your job is to read the news not to comment on it...leave that bit for political programs.
