Tut Malanga

Anyone heard of them? They are small tiny blackish grey looking thingies that are supposedly amazing for your heart and general health. My mom makes Rooh Afza with water and lemon, and then adds tut malanga to it.

Yeah I hear they have a "cold' effect...and good to add to drinks in the summer. I dunno i find em a bit weird cuz their slimy

I love making doodh wala ruh afza with tukh malanga....especially in Ramzan...........

tukh-malanga is the seed of that all time favourite sweet basil, or basilicum ocimum to be botanically correct.
