Apparently it seems to be Paradise Point or French Beach.

It is indeed the place between Abdul Rahman Goth and KANUPP.

People do go there. Immediately after the Abdul Rahman Goth is the French Beach which is closed for general public only people having huts there can go. After that in between the KANUPP and French Beach is the this "Tushan beach".
