Turkish Dough

I wanted to make samosa, so I bought this ready made dough from the turkish shop, its quite thin and the result wasnt very pleasent, it was too crispy and delicate that the samosas broke, so now I have this left over of turkish dough and dont know that to make out of it, I can do paties and bake them in the oven, so what else can be made out of turkish dough? Any suggestions.

Sounds like you bought filo pastry, you can use it with any filling but just bake it instead of frying it.

Or if you have the time and patience use it all up by making baklava from it. And send some to me afterwards.

Ive actually seen samosas made out of phyllo pastry, but you bake them instead of frying, and obviously you use several layers of the pastry. Spinach and feta are a great filling for a savoury option.
