I’m thinking of cooking turkey this Eid. Can I cook it the same way as I cook chicken. What do you think? I’ve never made it before.

yes u can but its better to buy from kosher store(if u r in usa)cauze they clean it with salt and some of um stay inside..

I wouldnt turkey and masala dont go to well together.
You should probably make it with this thing called MOJO - its in a bottle its all spanish herbs and spices. Just marinate in that over night and roast the following day - cook turkey while covered and then uncover to brown the top.
I guarentee an authentic turkey that everyone will love.
