Peaceful protests started in Syria demanding more rights from Baath party a few years back. Syria’s neighbors like Turkey, Saudi, and UAE, saw it as an opportunity to overthrow Assad. This was a desire they had since long. Now they thought it was an excellent opportunity.
So they started stoking fire in Syria. They helped a section of Syrian opposition and turned demonstrations in a popular uprising whose aim was nothing short of overthrowing Assad out of power.
Now the only thing they have succeeded in doing is to destroy Syria completely. Rebels whom Turks and Gulf Arabs wanted to win are nowhere to be found. Instead Assad’s opposition overwhelmingly consist of the worst of the world’s scum, the takfiri terrorists gathered in Syria from around the world.
Assad’s opposition has earlier made several attempts to convince West to attack Syria by making false accusations of human rights violations from Syrian Army. For example, they used chemical weapons on their own people and then blamed it on Syrian army, even though everyone knew that it made little sense for Syrian army to do it when they were comfortably winning anyway.
But there still are many people who believe in lies perpetrated by Gulf Arabs and others against Syrian army.
However, this time around Tayyep Erdogan has been caught red handed. Youtube is banned in Turkey because someone from government leaked a conversation between Turkey’s ministers planning a missile attack on Turkey itself, and then blame it on Assad so as to inflict war on Syria.
This is just an incredible story. A sad story.
Turkey was the last country I thought would stoop so low.

“I’ll make up a cause of war by ordering a missile attack on Turkey.” This leaked conversation is coming back to haunt the highest echelons of the Turkish government as it plans a provocation in Syria, while scrambling to contain social media internally.
The leaked audiotapes that reveal Turkey’s highest ministers staging an anti-Assad military intervention in Syria, have already caused YouTube to be shut down in the country, as well as leading to fevered accusations of treachery and betrayal of Turkey’s political interests – “a declaration of war,” as Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu put it.
This is of course after intelligence chief Hakan Fidan suggested seizing the opportunity to secure Turkish intervention in the Syrian conflict - a war that has already claimed 140,000 lives, and counting. In the conversation, Davutoğlu is heard saying that** Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan sees any attack as an “opportunity” to increase troop presence in Syria**, where it has staunchly supported the anti-Assad rebels.
Below is a transcript of that conversation in full. The video can be found below.
Actual transcript is quite long. You can read it on the website.
Turkey has started an investigation on how this conversation was leaked.
But it is obvious that current destruction of Syria is caused by interference from Syria’s neighbors.
After watching the destruction inflicted on Muslims by Muslims themselves, I find it ridiculous to blame Israel for its handling of Arabs. Arabs (and Turks) have killed more Muslims in the Middle East then Israel has.
