Sounds delicious. Fish biryani is really good and tuna steaks would hold really well in there. Let us know how it tastes if you try it out.

If you mean tuna biriyani made from canned tuna, that's nasty. HOWEVER, if you are referring to Tuna Steaks/Filets...that'd actually come out pretty damn good. I have made fish biryani using catfish that was fried & then added to the masala, that was yummy using Shan Masala for fish biryani.

as afrosheen said, using tuna steaks,it would be an awesome biryani, i have had fish biryani in past and it was excellent. and of all biryanis, shrimp biryani is my fav anyways.
