how to tone up?

step 1 - exercise empty stomach for half an hr - aerobics, yoga, or treadmill.

step 2 - drink water and eat salad before lunch and dinner.

step 3 - drink hot lemon black tea after food intake.

always, keep a straight posture & hold in your tummy.
that builds a toned shape.

in ealry 80's a product that was equivalent of Croset, only in the shape of a wide belt was introduced in Pakistan with a sole purpose of tucking the tummy in, artificially and temporarily though :D
