Tummy trouble!

So since the last couple of days, I’ve been fulling full in my tummy, a little nauseous and feel like I have to “go” all the time. Also have lower back pain that comes and goes. I don’t have much of an appetite but when I do eat, I feel rumblings in the tummy and I end up being gassy. I haven’t eaten anything out of the ordinary as far as I can remember.

There’s no sharp pain anywhere, just a nagging achy feeling.

Just a bug? Indigestion?

Any suggestions?

dahi+ zeera?

Re: Tummy trouble!

Good idea.

I did take a tube of lactobacillus in a cold glass of water a few minutes ago which made it a bit better.

What should I eat today?

Re: Tummy trouble!

omerprazol every morning, half an hour before breakfast......for 3-4 days

or

Phakki

Re: Tummy trouble!

I don’t know what its called in USA

Re: Tummy trouble!

OK. Prilosec. It is available over the counter. So do you think I have dyspepsia?

Re: Tummy trouble!

I don't know....my doctor cousine lived with us.....and if the tummy trouble persisted for more than like 3 days.....he would say get it and it would regulate your 'tummy' issues......

P.S .... check with some doctor..i guess there are doctor guppies...:D

Re: Tummy trouble!

Re: Tummy trouble!

I am an orthopedic surgeon but will try to help whatever i can. How long you have had abdominal pain for? How often you get this pain? Do you have any back problems?

Re: Tummy trouble!

don’t take omperazole unless you have heartburn  it makes sense if it’s something occasional, because you can take it once in a while but why would you take it for just a random ache. makes no sense!

when you feel like you have to go all the time and you go, like…do you really go or is it just a feeling? the bloaty feeling could be constipation or something. try eating something with fiber in it, or a phakki or two of ispaghol. see if that helps. are you drinking enough water?

Re: Tummy trouble!

Hassan, 007, Just a couple of days. I do get lower back pain off and on and according to my doc it's a mechanical pain due to bad posture. She's given me exercises to do and that has made it better overall. But this time it looks like the tummy pain is going all aound like a hula hoop. Nothing is intense but just enough to get my attention. And there are constant noises in my tummy.

Khumz, I do "go" most of the time and it's normal. After the lactobacillus drink, it was a bit loose but I feel more relaxed. I do drink 1-2 L of water everyday.

Re: Tummy trouble!

It seems like indigestion. Take note of what you're eating. You could be allergic/intolerant to a food....I had similar symptoms several years back and it turned out that my body could no longer digest milk and I was lactose intolerant..
