What can one do besides stop eating and exercises?
I am asking this question because one of my friends is a lazy bumm:mad: and dun wanna exercise or stop eating my home-made biryaani:teary2: and yet his toool-o-arz is spreading Sharqan Gharban as a continous mathematical function that can’t be ‘integrated’ while he stays Shumaalan Junooban the way he is for last 8 years:smack:

exercise is the only solution if he is serious in losing weight ... and try eating less .... and stop eating snacks ... tell him to keep himself active .... :p
Eating biryani once in a while, like once in a week or so is OK. Go for walks with him afterwards
He needs to eat less, exercise more, and drink lots of water :k:
