although there is another thread but here please share only abut tummy reduction tips ect??any usefull exercise if u have tried out then share here??those who hv normal weight but the problem is tummy n only tummy then wat 1 should do??

One of the ways to get rid of belly fat is to cut down on carbs.Dont cut them out completely, but avoid sugar, rice, white bread as much as you can.
Also stress can add to belly fat( stress can also force you to reach for comfort foods e.g suagr and carbs)
Also I think walking is one of the best forms of exercise.It helps with stress reduction and with 10,000 steps you'll be well on your way to weight loss.
