Did your tummy go back to its pre-pregnancy state after delivery, in terms of tightness and flatness..or did it stay somewhat flabby or soft even after you lost your pregnancy weight? Some people say it will never get back to how it was before, is this true? Anyone use those belly wraps or belly bandits that you are supposed to start wearing after delivery to help make your tummy flat and tight, do they actually work?

i wore the belly band belt thing immediately after delivery for 40 days... it did jack.
ure state of belly is all dependant on how much elasiticy ure muscle tissue has and how firm ure muscles are ... i have very soft flesh so im not surprised i have a pouch now... also, ure pregnancy says a lot bout how ure belly will end up being.. i was HUGE HUGE HUGE... so huge that my belly muscles ripped from the middle and pushed to each side rather than growing with teh belly... so i can train and do whatever i like, i will forever have a pouch dangling in the front. its not ugly .. its not big.. but its still there. im giving serious though to having all the kids i want and then going for a nip and a tuck.
that being said.... i was at the swim hall today and thsi woman walks in with a baby not more than 2 months.. and she was wearing a bikini.. u could see she had had a c sec.. but that was it.. her tummy was FLAT.. i couldnt stop staring! not even an oz of flab dangling anywhere...
so yes.. it can go back.. or it can remain... its all dependant on ure body structure.

I am using the belt but very irregulalry..I should have planned a winter baby 
It’s really tough to have anything on in summers here esp with all loadshedding..belt tau bahut doour ki baat hai !! I hope BF works as I am doing exclusive BF so far

You can think of your tummy like a balloon...you take a nice new firm balloon and blow it up. Let the air out and the balloon is now bigger and softer. The muscles can go back to almost original tightness but the skin may not depending on your paticular skin type. I lost allthe weight quickly and muscles tightened back up within6 mos or so but my skin will never be the same, I have pathetically un-stretchy skin :(
Yup, tummy tuck for me too. Well, maybe. It leaves a pretty horriffic scar.

Good god. What if ur already fat to begin with.
this sounds sooo painful!!! I NEVER want to have a baby!! well… I do want babies but… I NEVER want to go through pregnancies 
PS: Girls be careful with those electric belts I’ve heard horror stories about them such as rectal bleeding? … Go for safer options like those body shapers… and yoga and pilates :k: go for a surgery if its something that can’t be repaired with exercise such as in khawateen’s case.

1st ad 2nd pregnancy - my stomach shrunk back to the way it was before.
3rd pregnancy - my stomach is *kinda *the way it was before...but the skin is not as taught, hence my stomach doesn't look as flat as before.
Tummy tucks ftw.
then u really dont have anythign to feel sad bout do u… u go in fat.. u come out fat with slight sagging.
i think its more of a tragedy if u have a hot waist and then it dies a horrible death post pregnancy.
i think its the body shapers the girls are talking bout here babe.. not the electrical belts used for losing weight
