For the first one , an old tulip and an old woman do not need hijab anyway.
for the second one if a candy is extremely dry and hard the flies will stay away from it. Same is true for a woman if a woman is extremely dry and hard to approach , she will not not hijab.

I don't think there's a need to do such graphic illustrations to send a message that hijab is obligatory. The ones who choose to do it will make a decision without being influenced by a licked lollipop methinks.
