Amanat sang it really well but it's no comparison to the original... his notes aren't as coherent and his breathing while singing is so apparent.

I know it's a live show and all... but if one's had the luxury of having heard the original song, then he/she should be able to master it really well. Nonetheless, he remains an extremely talented singer.

I guess the younger generation likes the song cuz of the contemporary instrumental score to go along with the song. To me though, RD Burman music is simply superb any day!
