...Tuition rates...

Re: ...Tuition rates...

I did. The guy said don't worry about the pay. We have enough funds and it's a private school. They have more students but those are girls of elementary and middle school age and they don't need schooling. They just go there to recite Quran. Only the boys need the schooling. He clarified it for me and further said it's not like we'll pay you one month and the next month we won't have money to pay you. It's a regulated school and it's a private school, meaning each child pays a monthly fee.

So from what he said, sounds like they have enough funds. And like I said, I don't think I am the right person for this job, as I realized it after I left his office. The reason is because I won't teach because I love to do it. I will be teaching for the money. Someone like you MQ may teach there without worrying about the amount of salary because that's something you love to do and you are not doing that for the money. Teaching is a profession that requires so much attention, love, and patience. One would think teachers should be getting paid a lot because they are laying the foundation of our future, but unfortunately they don't get paid too much.

Plus, I've already told him how I've applied for an internship and if I get the internship, I will be unable to teach as I'll have evening classes and day time internship. So let's see what happens. I pray that I get the internship and they find someone better than me.
