So the economy is Republican's fault. How?
War was brought here...we didn't go looking for it.
Negative ads are not just the domain of the republicans.

You must have some relations with Corporate criminals ;) Dick Chenney.
Anyway, in your defence, how would you say about US Economy?

That's true. Despite of it, Dale won! :D
PT: Now you are just being a silly lad. The reason was the economic downturn was not so much what Republicans did but the reality of a bubble bursting like it has so many times before. The economic boom of the 90's was at such a peak that we have yet to see the bottom.

Thank you bhaijaan.
Would you please mind telling why all these big companies Enron, Worldcom etc bankcrupted during Republican rule?
Most of the people have lost their pension, 401 K plan. Republicans aren't blamed if you say so, but why not going after big fish?
God Bless Billy!
Why did Enron go bankrupt has ntohing to do with who is in the whitehouse. Bad corporate governance and criminal acts by the officers are the main reason. Combined with the market tanking and bad partnerships.
Worldcom had similar issues aside from a general slowdown in the telecom sector and heavy debts it collected during the capacity buildout of the 90's and the acquisition sprees.
OK!!! Now we are talking.
CH bhaijaan, did you read the news about Harvey Pitt resigning?

About time yaar. They have really f'ed the regulatory oversight up.
Turned out to be a far better outcome than me or most Americans probably hoped for. There was only one winner and there is no possibility for any demo spinmeister to claim different. Although the majorities are slim, the same party controlling the White House, Senate and House has its obvious benefits. Laws may actually be passed and judges may finally be considered and have their appointments approved. This historic and unprecedented off year election outcome sends a pretty strong message to the Democrats that it is simply not good enough to be opposed to everything. The Dems had better do some serious soul searching and figure out what they are FOR and then figure out how to communicate their vision to the American people.
Additionally, I’m sure this outcome sends chills down the backs of many world figures who had hoped that a weakened Bush and GOP would be unable to continue pursuing a determined foreign policy designed to root out terror and get rid of the butcher of Baghdad. Looks like you will need to look at least 2 and possibly 6 years down the road before having any hope of finding any weakening of our resolve.
