One positive aspect of Middle East opening up to jihadists is that people who were coming to Pakistan for ‘jehad’ have ample opportunities in the world now. Hopefully the recruits of TTP will start drying up now.

One positive in recent times is that the jihadists have many options now to fight and earn jannat (Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Somalia and Mali). I am sure this would ease some pressure on Pakistan and Afghanistan.
I hope one day all these jihadis will go to Saudi Arabia and fight the Sauidis. Their petrodollars have created this monster, and hopefully House of Saud will pay for it one day.
