I’d not brush this under the carpet. But then again this is the responsibility of the government to take this matter up forcefully with the governments involved (if they have intelligence). If the government remains quiet (as if nothing’s happening) and depict that they want better relations with all these countries (Afghanistan, US and India) and do not punish the culprits what can one say.
Seen Indian response after Mumbai? What has Pakistan’s response been if they have proof that India is involved in terrorism within the country?
