The strangest thing is that For many incidents the reports were already there with the interior ministry, intelligence and military but no one could do anything to stop them (srilankan team and kamra base attacks). Since the afghan war is ending the attack on nuclear installations could be a reality, as the terrorists (and some other friends) might want to shift the theater towards Pakistan.
