Anyway i was thinkin to have a diet chart. lets have a diet chart girls. what say?
break fast, lunch & dinner. Food good & healthy for ttc's. Probably some guppans who are mothers now, can help us!

We're here somewhere. Everyone is eager to conceive. Iused to update all the time, but it just seems to be bad news frommy side always, so i stopped.
We are going to the big city next week to do my hubby's biopsy. If that goes well, then i'll start the ivf rollercoaster again...third time now. It's always disappointing so i dont find any point in announcing it again.

Ok, ladies please help me out...... I had AF about a week ago. Last night i had spotting... well it was just a spot actually wasn't sure what it was. Any idea? I read about implantation bleeding but that too occurs about a week after ovulation, right? Been thinking what could it be?

yup cupcake implantation bleeding occur 7 to 10 days past ovulation.

It gets depressing at times so I try not to think abt it. I saw my niece today and my heart literally ached. :(
