Status Update from PTI USA. One of the guys from here actually quit his job, went to Pakistan & has volunteered all his time for PTI till the elections. I am guessing he must have written this status.

anyway guys...we need to remain reasonable......please no exxagerated statments
i spoke to my brother who was at the site.....looked at tweets of relatively unbiased observers and political commentators... plus i saw whole jalsa live
and....
my net conclusion is that this jalsa was not bigger than Oct 11 jalsa by any means ......the crowd wasnt what i had expected it to be....bit of a downer actually ......so no million or 2 million or even half a million people or anythig close....at best 100,000 people...plus not as many young people and famailies we had last in oct 11.....so yeah that will be a disappointment for PTI

And yeah a wet Imran khan in rain and storm. Now that's a sight not many would forget any time soon. For a myriad of reasons....i am sure PTI will use it properly

I don't find people Awesome very easily & I have to agree with you on this one. This man is greatness in disguise for Pakistanis. Whatever he has said, he has done it so far, be it winning the world cup, making the only state of the art cancer hospital in Pakistan that treats low income families for free, or make Namal College. He has done it.
Things won't change right away, but InshaAllah they will start heading in the right direction & for that we Pakistanis will be ever grateful to him & the people that followed his lead.
