Rabbi La tazarni fardaw wa anta khair-ul wariseen. Recite it throughout the day.

You would find lots of things like this, like read such Surah this many times and that Name of Allah X many times, but unless it has evidence from the Quran or Sunnah, you shouldnt follow these things, because they are often just made up. Better to just make sincere dua from your heart in your own language during the last third of the night than to rely on inaccurate thgs
Here are some duas from the Quran:
"Rabbi hab li min ladunka dhurriyyatan tayyibatan innaka samee' al-du'aa' "..."O my Lord! Grant me from You, a good offspring. You are indeed the All-Hearer of invocation." From: 3:38
And also this one, in 7:189
....Then when it became heavy, they both invoked Allâh, their Lord (saying): "If You give us a Sâlih (good in every aspect) child, we shall indeed be among the grateful."
And from the advice that Prophet Nuh gave his people, we see that we should increase in iftaghfar (seeking forgiveness) because it is a means of increase in blessings, from (71:8-12):
Then verily, I called to them openly (aloud); Then verily, I proclaimed to them in public, and I have appealed to them in private, I said (to them): "Ask forgiveness from your Lord;* Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving; He will send rain to you in abundance; And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers."*
