I feel like weekends are the worst, spent half of the morning crying wont be another month until I ovulate again. Gosh anyone know any duas that one may recite. I started to memorise surah al waqia and then found out that was the wrong one

There are no wrong suras. Read the Quran as much as you can. All these particular suras for particular things have no basis from Quran or Sunnah as far as I know.
