Man it isn't a body building site. NO offense, but have you tried weight lifting yourself?

Anyways, unless a person has been to the gym himself, no advice will help him. You really need to experience it to understand it. When I started weight training, every1 told me about what exercises I should do, how much weight, and how I should perform them. Yet, I made the same fundamental mistakes every1 warned me against, like Over-Exercising my biceps and forearms and ended up wasting the first month. As i said, you have to experience it to understand it.
