Seriously speaking, I am unknown to such a maslihat theory as put forth by you. If you try to perform a deed and can not, even if you desperately want to, Duwa is they key. A major part of taqdeer is changeable over duwa. If the maslihat part comes in, you will be recompensated through other ways. There might be a maslihat in the rabbit not getting caught, but you don’t know when the neighbour who owns it lends it to you anyway!

now i am after Chicks.....
catching a rabbit is easy yaar. they all drink water sometimes… dont they.
so spike the water bottle of ur rabbit… they are known to jump around all over the house especially on the sofa and the bed. but when tun they like to just sit on the sofa and give you funny looks.
