I think its definitely not an easy one , even though it looks like it .. the problem I am assuming is going to be in ensuring the cake doesnt break at the borders of each color line .. what if it breaks? particularly when she is rolling it, you can see it’s easily breaking up .. I think this will have a high difficulty level :hmmm:

My fear would be if it fell apart when putting it onto the dishtowel.

I agree Sara. The cake does look spongy but no doubt its a difficult one as far as handling is concerned .
