I watched this guy’s videos, he seems very talented. But yolk looks raw?

Wouldn't it be better if he had baked it?

PS: He should have cut it in a plate; even those that like runny eggs, wouldn't wanna eat off of the cutting board.

Alright , so the general consensus is that its a fail recipe ?

I guess baking can be done, but recently I tried a similar recipe the yolk does get cooked if its all done on low heat and for a good 20 minutes ..
