Truth in Labeling

I was browsing through the DVDs at a local desi store and came across a DVD for a Hindi movie called ‘Angel’ . The picture looked interesting, so I turned it around to read the description. Well, it said right there on the DVD box, “This movie is a complete disaster from casting to execution” .

Wow! I wish every business was that honest!

Re: Truth in Labeling

I take it the store was in the west…:chai:

Re: Truth in Labeling

The store had nothing to do with it. This was the actual text on the DVD box - printed by the DVD manufacturer.

And I’m sure you didn’t buy it after reading that piece of honest info? That is why my dear honest isn’t always the best policy in bijniz! :@:

Re: Truth in Labeling

Honesty is the best policy in all situations, True businessmen know this well, if they want dedicated and returning customers. Sometimes, people do business with honest people just to get to be with them for some time. Honesty is like a net, it catches hearts like fish.

I dont know about others, but my heart is attracted to honesty.

Re: Truth in Labeling

^ That’s what I’d like to think everyone believes in. But hardly! The more honest you are in your business, the more barkat from Allah mian but we all know not many follow this rule in the real world. :hinna:
