my cousins did luddi on mehndi ki yeh raat by jawad. it was really cute! they had dandiya too and it went well with the song

dhol baje is a crowd fav. and so is Rangeelo maro dholna. on a side note maybe it’s because i go to a lot of indian functions but rarely have i ever seen pakistani non ismaili people pull off these kinda dances.

also i just did a recent one for a gujurati wedding to a guju song, had no idea how to twirl dandiya sticks and that was a bia to learn but if you want to see if i can send you a facebook link.

on a side note dandiya cds have bollywood hits to dandiya beats so it makes it very easy to figure out what to do with your sticks

there was an older one and it had lal dupatta and that was a track i used for an old dance as well…no videos of that but i’ll try to find a link to what the cd name was bc i have no clue where mine is.
