Yes she should confront him, but make sure she has solid evidence/witness/ mobile phone video etc. when she does, as he will lie his way out of it. But start of casually as if you are generally enquiring and confused as opposed to being confrontational.

Yes she have all solid evidence,but she can’t show him right now because then he will be alert,she want to see how far he is taking all this.
