Failure is a bitter fact of life..and part of everyone's life...no matter who they are..big or small...

Not necessarily. You might find success after your own experience of failure or by learning from other's experiences of failure i.e. without going through failure yourself.

It can be true in some cases in which people don't learn from their past mistakes and have no urge for improvement/ success.

It cannot be true in cases where people learn from their mistakes and have a strong desire to succeed.

Also the luck factor can change the results. NO success is achievable without the grace and blessings of Allah.
