A man was returning from a party and was on his way back from the party and ofcourse had a little too much to drink there.
An officer stopped him…
Office: Are you Drunk Mister
MAn: I had a few drinks at my friend’s party
Officer: After doing the tests…gives him his Miranda rights and Charges him for DUI…and puts him in the slammer
The court overturns his charge as according to the US law DUI is DRIVING while Intoxicated …and with Driving…a vehicle cannot me a HORSE…
…Its true the man was charged while riding a horse:D
