a good believer
a good husband
a good confidant
a good father (or a single parent)
a good son / nephew
a good brother
a good grand-father
a good uncle
a good teacher
a good cousin
a good leader
a good citizen
a good employee/expert in own profession
a good coach
a good role model
a good writer
a good person
a good stranger
in all of these above, what is ‘‘good’’, when we have to define true measure of a man in terms of him being ‘good’.
ladies, what do you think and would like to share?
there is only one Man that comes to mind who can do justice to all of the above, and that being Muhammad SAW.
I know there are a lot of good hearted ppl out there, but PERSONALLY; i find that a good husband/ father/ son, etc would be the person who tries their level best to please Allah by being "good" in their respective roles.... and to achieve this, they imitate the Prophet SAW as much as they possibly can....
i mean, i know 4 a fact that there r many excellent fathers out there, but what makes my father so much more special to me is that he has always done his level best to earn a halal living for us, raise us with religion being a big part of our lives, and ensured that we never live under a roof that was purchased through haram means.... Subhanallah.
