I would not paint Najwa as confused. She along with that lawyer girl came out looking independent minded. It was refreshing to see them making a decision for themselves and not giving in to pressure of getting married.

i think its absurd for parents to set "deadlines" ... even my mom uses the phrase "there is a time period where a girl can get married... after that it's hard"... maybe bak then that was the case, but in this generation, which young women studing and working, i dont think thats the case ne more...

i think if a non-desi was to watch the show... they might be confused and be pushed to believe desi girls HAVE to be married by a certain age, and/or a few other aspects that were shown in the show
