Truck load of leftover Dahi boondi

So alhamdulillah the iftaar was a success (I think) hubby says biryani chawal were a little kacha :frowning:

I gave a lot of the food away but I couldnt put the Dahi boondi in plates to give away so now I have tons of it.

What do I do ?

Freeze it!

Can be used as a raita later with rice. Or eaten on it's own.

If you haven’t added any potatoes,tomatoes to it,yeah maybe freeze it.
I made some a few days ago but added onions,potatoes and tomoatoes.Although I made very little but last night the leftovers tasted weird..:bummer:.I think it was the tomatoes.I had to throw it away…:frowning:
