does anyone have tips for trimming long hair - i mean either doing it on yourself or for somebody else -
what techniques are to be used and how can u keep it all level?
also,if you want to get it done from hairdressers, what service can you expect from them?

Best bet is to get it done from a professional reputable salon... if you do want to try it at home, just ensure you spritx hair with water

if you're getting it done at a salon, make sure you tell them you ONLY want a certain inch off. whenever i go, the stylist just gets confused and chops off way more than my standard one inch and it's very annoying. just make sure you're keeping an eye on what they are doing.
