I want my military to be better than these militias too. But war is hell and even the most trained and disciplined troops will have incidents like these. I also know of decent, honorable folks that are serving over there because of our inept, corrupt administration. And I want them to come home.
I am not comparing our troops to the thugs in Iraq. Obviuosly we should be held to a MUCH higher standard. And are. But I am comparing non-Americans concerns of certain Iraqi deaths over others. As tragic as these firemens' death may be, they probably represent 5% of innocents that are getting killed today. And every other day.
