Tried and tested recipe's for brussels sprouts?

Im going to be making brussels sprouts for the first time, and was hoping you guys could help me out?

halved and oven roasted is fabulously yummy. its deceptively simply ... but better then anything else you could do to a bsprout.

so a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. spread out on a lined cookie sheet and roast in oven heated to 350-400 for approx 30 - 40 mins.
sometimes I also add a squirt of lemon/lime juice to mine just before serving.

^^ I do pretty much the same thing, except I cook them on stove with the cut side facing down in the pan for 15-20 mins on mediumish heat.

i made them for lunch today, i made them on the stove with spring onions , salt and pepper and then added some lemon at the end, they were yummmmy, im gonna try them in the oven next time insha ALLAH = )
