Triangular Series (AUS-IND-NZ)

Bahutule is supposed to be the captain of Mumbai Ranji Team. Another very good example of Nepotism in Indian cricket.

Anyways - Indian batsmen are teh ones responsible for this loss. Had it not been for Zaheer Khan's 33, We didn't even stand a chance. Laxman, Dravid, Yuvraj and Kaif (despite making 60+) all performed poorly. Dravid rearly impressing as captain and another mistake by playing 3 spinners in the team.

^ Ehsan, good question about Bahut-ho-gaya! :smack: YOu would have bleedin thought Irfan should have played here and Bahutule in Pakistan!

On a positive note this makes the tournament more interesting since India are now on Mission-TVS Cup against Aus. It’s do or die. Hopefully Ganguly, Nehra are fit. And definitely Shewag is in after todays debacle.

Styris gone, Kartik striked

Looks like NZ batsmen have started working hard to lose it :). A real chance for India

Bahutule was not even good enough for the HK sixes where he performed rather poorly. It's alwys Mumbai which gets attention.

Kaif made a useful 68 but SR was too slow. He looks uptight these days.

Fraid it's too late now. Fat lady's changed her tune. Unless of course Agi takes a hat trick.

Dil ko Behlane ka ye khayal bahot hi accha hai. India should drop Laxman, Bahutule Immidiately.

^ what else to do Asif -

Bahutule goes, but I don't know about Lax. Will they take a chance and drop him? I think they should. Patel would be better- at least he can do a specialists job.

Strike rate of 60 is not too slow, its fine, specially when you are loosing wickets, give the guy some credit for saving blushes.

Exactly! Rashid’s fault was much less than of Mills today who HAD to know what he did. Plus Mcmillan just went off mouthing curses. Aus bowls too slow but are not penalised. It’s a whoite man’s world…

Regardless of the result of this game, will India roll back the decision of playing a regular keeper and will ask Dravid to keep wicket to give batting more deapth? Should India?

That's negative thinking! I'm talking of Kaif not Patel. Kaif is capable of a better SR than 60, which incidentally is poor for one dayers. In one dayers a SR of around 80 is a must these days.

42.1 Agarkar to McMillan, FOUR, full toss on leg stump, flicked away to
the square leg region, fielder cant stop it, four
40 off 47 needed
Crowd tense

Not in the one against Aus. Thats a crucial game now, and the odds of India going in with 7 batsmen are very high.

Why Dravid is not introducing Zaheer? What is he saving him for? Its NOW or never and Zaheer is India's best bet right now.

Chorey - India opted for another bowler in place of Patel and that bowler is Bahutule. India should play 7 batsmen and Dravid should keep wickets.

42.5: A Agarkar to J Oram, 1 run , left alone, Dravid fails to stop it.

Agarkar over yields 12 runs.

New Zealand need 33 of 42 balls, well in control

So something like Tendulkar's 14 off 14 would be good?

You must be an Afridi fan too ;)

He'll come in later, say 48th over.

Oram run out (Dravid/Kaif)

I know McCullum and Vitori can bat a bit lets see...interesting game
