In all honesty if u r not in Pakistan u don;t need to get stuck on whats in and whats not. IMO everything goes here in the west.

and even if u were in pak, why wear something that wouldnt suit your bodytype just because some magazine said its in?
although mehnaz since u're tall u'd be able to carry off the longer shirts.

I’m just annoyed cause I just cut a lot of my shirts short. Oh well. :bummer:

I’m gonna stick to above-the-knees as a standard length.

i like the kameez lenght to be at my knee...or an inch higher or lower...

i never did like the really short kameez....didnt look good on me at all....the really short ones i have now i just wear them with jeans with a those big clunky belts....it actualy looks pretty good!

and i really hate tight/small ponchai...they make my feet look huge....and they look retarded when wearing heels...cuz i hate when the back of the shoe shows when wearing heels...i dunno..just my pet peeve

I don't like the big/wide painchai .... I would ALWAYS trip up on them, especially in public.

i like short kameezes that are fitted, a little bit above the knee is perfect. althoughi f you're wearing pants under them instead of a shalwar you could make them shorter.

i hate big long dupattas. ugh. they are entirely unmanageable and just too much.

r u sure longer makes u look taller?my experience is its the other way shorter shirts/tops makes u look taller.but not too short looks good on everyone.around 35-36inches is gud enuf for me.

uffff,,,, I can relate, I hate those long dupatta'a as well. Especially the ones that are Rayshmee material or silky that never stick to your head if you wanna put it on your head cuz it keeps slipping off. ufff,,, SO HARD TO MANAGE.
There good for reading namaaz though.

I like longer dupatas for only lawn aur chiken suits. I think they look good on medium height girls.. Not so sure about short girls like me.

mind u by short i dun mean an avg tall girl (5'2"-3") wearing a 30 inch shirt-LOL. It shud be atleast 34-35 for dialy wear but its ok if its less for shirts to be worn over bell bottoms.
