Treatment with Taweez

:salam2:

Many time we discussed on this topice. However, I would like to share an incident with you guyz which is real and I hope to get some positive feed-back on the below incident.

One day my colleague told me that her wife had three miscarries. For treatment they visited many doctors and tried all types of treatments/medicines but no use. One of my colleague’s friend told him to visit a pious person living at so and so place. The couple visited and told their problem and that pious person gave him medicine as well as a taweez. The couple refused to take it because they don’t believe in taweeez except the medicine, but the pious person told him. The problem which your spouse if facing is called ‘Athraah’ (‘Athraan’ I think is a punjabi word) and taweez is necessary for this problem. I’ll write infront of you what this taweez contains. So the pious person wrote name of Allah SWT and Muhammad :saw2: on a piece of paper and tied it in a simple piece of cloth and gave them by advising that when your wife is pregnant then she may wear it at top on her right arm. The couple did the same as they told by that pious man and after completion of duration, they were blessed with a cute healthy baby. The couple asked him if he treates other sickness too but he said that he only treate ‘Athraah’ problem. He charged very reasonable fee for the medicine although taweez was free of cost.

My question: Is such kind of taweez counted in ‘Rohani (ruqayya) treatment’? Is it permissible?
