take these in equal quantity,mix them.subah nihar moo 1 pinch khain plain water k sath and remember dont chew it just swallow with water in one gulp.in four months it will cure u're every problem related to harmones INSHALLAH. i am also using this tip and ALHAMDULILLAH its working.
