how do you know there is hormonal imbalance? What are the signs/ symptoms?

go to your doc....she should be able to give you contraceptive pill which you gotta take every day and basically releases female hormone oestrogen in your body and somehow it regulates your periods as there are 21 pills in one pack and then you have ur period and slowly it should balance all the hormmones...!!

go for natural treatment.... dont take birth control pills.... they mess ur system in a long run!

take these in equal quantity,mix them.subah nihar moo 1 pinch khain plain water k sath and remember dont chew it just swallow with water in one gulp.in four months it will cure u're every problem related to harmones INSHALLAH.

Birth control pills aren't necessarily harmful if taken for short periods of time to correct a hormonal imbalance. But the very best thing you can do is go to your doctor, perhaps get a blood test to confirm that there's an imbalance (if you haven't already) and then see what she has to say.

As Mistral suggested.........it's best if you see a good and reliable doctor. A blood test can help determine what's causing the hormonal imbalance. Once you find that out, the doctor can suggest an effective treatment. And at that point.......you may even ask the doctor to suggest some herbal or natural remedies (such as diet/food recommendations).

Without consulting an expert, you're just playing a guessing game with your health...........and you might think that you're helping yourself.......but (khuda na haasta).........the condition might not be getting treated at all.

I also have a tip if any body have problem of stumach (MEHDA sorry if i m wrong) wommeting or any pain related to "stumach"

go to any "PANSAAR" store
ask him for "BATPEE" (looking strange but it exist)
grand it well so you can take it with water without chewing

take thi BATPEE every moorning nihaar mu 1 spone with water and remmember "do not take breath while BATPEE is in your mouth" because it will be like talkam pauder so if you take breath suddenly cough will begin and you cant complete that tip
