So in my line of work we have a simple method of doing things.
Listen to you boss.
Nod and agree with everything he/she says.
Then Do whatever you bloody well please.
Give him/her credit when it works out.
When it doesn’t disown all responsibility.
It turns out that is also how you treat a woman. Weird huh?

I'd be doomed if I were to wonder why a woman finds contentment in treating you like her boy toy for a slave. Stupid or more so lack of intelligence on their part if you factor in the broader perspective though. Because in the end her main purpose/goal/motive was to treat a man like her proprietary slave. Could've just hired a man-maid instead of ruining/tainting a crooked man who somewhere wished to be treated like a princess by his high-ups.
On the contrary. I do agree to a certain extent if its you whining about being bossed around. Wouldn't wish to be on the receiving end on that one. More so, if its a woman. :D
