Once you get into the habit, it’s autopilot, you get on the treadmill and voila, you go on and on…

Try the usual to make it more interesting; television or ipod (on Pandora, listen to streaming music)…

Well i have been going to the gym for more than a year now and somehow thats the only machine i never can make a habbit of or built my stamina on

I thought i was the only one i’m finding the treadmill really boring too…and i am listening to music and reading a book at the same time, so it’s not like i’m just randomly walking. it’s very hard for me to motivate myself to go beyond 20 mins or so, and this is at an incline or at a pretty high speed.
