I did 1 hour of speed walking just outside on a really hilly(on certain spots) road though not on a treadmill. Treadmill defo helps to see how many calories were lost. I'm hoping to do the elliptical again this evening. I hope I stay with it until I get to 124

Someone please motivate me! Please! I don’t need to lose excessive weight… or maybe 10 pounds, but need to be toned and healthy! So far, the food on my plate is in the lead! :teary1:

You just gotta tell your own self....If I don't do this!! NOTHING WILL EVER HAPPEN.

If you maintain a routine you can easily do it. Set a time where you are least stressed/worried about anything. I like to do it first thing in the morning (with the exception if there is a doctor appointment for a kid) then It's the last thing at night (I prefer mornings though) and then stick to it. And having a day-off is also very important just as having a workout in.
