So I have a cousins wedding in Oct, and I have not travelled to Pakistan since 10 years.. Airfare ticket has been bought/paid for a while, however I guess as the time is approaching I dont know why I am getting all double minded.
Ok, so I really REALLY do want to go, family, friends, wedding, the whole lot.. We used to go to Pak every 1 yr but for the last 10 years everyone in the fam has been but me, first school, then university, then got married etc.
I am not going alone, going with my parents..
Given the current situation in Pakistan, should I still go?
Of course!!! You're gonna have a ball! Karachi, cousin's shaadi and family! I think you're feeling nervous or afraid, perhaps? Relax, keep calm and go for the vacation. You'll be having awesome food to eat iA, and will be having the chance to do lots of shopping. I dont see any reason why you shouldnt go. :)
The current situation in Pakistan... well I dont know. SO many of my friends have gone to Pakistan and gotten back safe and sound over the summer vacations. IA all will be well. Just be careful and wary. :)
