Anyone knows how long it takes a person in Pakistan to get traveling document? If a person has Canadian landed immigration papers and Pakistani Passport with them, will embassy issue a traveling document right away to enter back in Canada? Or it takes months?? I just found out that PR Card is not essential.

the visa is given with the landed immigration papers. u dont need anything else. u just show ur PR card and enter Canada. is it about sponsor ship or something like that?

Sarru…my questions is in the case when person doesn’t have PR card. I asked citizenship office here and they said all person needs is Pakistani Passport and Immigration landing peper to get the document. This is fine but they didn’t know how long it takes to get traveling documment. It depends on the country. I thaught someone would know how long it takes to get one from Pakistani embassy there.

it takes from 20 to 45 days. as far as i know.
depends on the situation n circumstances.

sometimes it only takes 3 days.
it all depends on their mood.
i also think that they say something on the phone n do something else.
