Traveling Auckland New Zealand in the Month of June and seeking your advices...

Hi there,

I am traveling to Auckland in the month of June and looking for people from Auckland to get their suggestions about housing, living and social activities. I am mainly concern about the housing/ accommodation. I am looking for a rent, preferably a house/ apartment/unit. Any advice will be gratefully received and here are a few pointers about what we need/ want. I think realistically we can’t go above $500 per week for rent and were probably thinking in the** $450-$500 **category and am looking for **at least 2 bedrooms (preferably 3). **I want wherever I end up living to be fairly accessible by public transport, close by the basic facilities, safe and with low crime rate and fairly new properties. I ideally need close proximity to some amenities (such as shopping mall, grocery store etc.)

Any suggestion in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Which purpose you are going Auckland and how long you will staying ?
Auckland is not a expensive then NYC you will find a good apartment on two, three bed room less then $500 easily.
