i don't know why people don't come 2 pakistan.
there is everything in pakistan(mountains, cloud forests, beautiful plains, deserts n some of the highest mountains in world, pakistan is a historic place aswell)

? do you mean encouraging?
ppl do come to pakistan, but pakistan isnt known for its tourism. none of the governments have promoted tourism, unlike india. you can find tourism ads for india in many north american and european magazines. National Geographic for example.
If pakistan wants people to come, they have to spend some money on promoting pakistan.

n i feel jealous when i see indian tourism adds on T.V, hona toh nahin chaiye but its a human nature kya kar sakte hain.
